Mains’l EVV is a user-friendly, HIPAA compliant Electronic Visit Verification Solution designed for home and community-based services programs.
- With its user-friendly interface and straightforward process, providers can easily select the person they are supporting, the service they are providing, and initiate their visit in just a few clicks. Completing a visit is just as simple with a couple more clicks.
Mains’l EVV Solution ensures full compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act by capturing important information:
- Date and time of visit initiation
- Start location of the visit
- Person receiving support
- Service provided
- Date and time of visit completion
- End location of the visit
The app leverages GPS to capture start and end locations of the visit, without tracking the user during the visit. It takes a snapshot of the location at the start and another snapshot upon clicking the end visit button.
All visit information is securely accessible to authorized users, including your administrative team and employees.
Mains'l EVV Solution also offers seamless data capturing even without internet connectivity. The encrypted visit information is stored in the app and automatically transmitted once internet access is restored.
